Number 4 Palm drive is situated only a mile from the centre of St Merryn Village in the popular St Merryn Park. Park facilities include a bar serving food, shop, tennis courts, children's play area and dog walking area. Our comfortable and well appointed family home is in an ideal location for discovering the local area.
Known locally as the Seven Bays St Merryn boasts Seven beautiful lifeguarded beaches including Harlyn, Constantine and Treyarnon all within 2 miles of the house which are perfect for surfing, swimming and sunbathing. Porthcothan, Booby’s, Mother Ivey’s and Trevone are a stones throw further and all are stunning to explore and enjoy.
The picturesque fishing port of Padstow is also only a short drive away.

Downstairs the beds in the second bedroom can be arranged as either a double bed or as two single beds, also with wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall mounted smart TV.
The third bedroom offers a triple bunk, with a single child’s bed on the top and a small double bed on the bottom, chest of draws, wardrobe and also wall mounted smart tv.
